Childcare Voucher Scheme

Childcare vouchers are suitable for registered or approved childcare and can be used in either full or part payment against your childcare costs. Childcare Vouchers Direct is an electronic paperless childcare voucher scheme. This takes the hassle out of handling paper vouchers and avoids them getting lost, delayed in the post or extra paperwork for your childcare provider(s).

The vouchers are paid into your personalised electronic secure account each month that you access either via the intranet or secure telephone system for which you will be sent a personalised secure access code. You pay your registered or approved childcare provider(s) through your childcare voucher direct account giving you the flexibility to create standing orders to one or more providers as required. Your childcare provider will receive payment from your account by BACS transfer within three working days of you activating the payment or by cheque. You therefore have complete flexibility about which childcare option best suits your needs.
