Pay & Grading Review
The Authority is currently undertaking a review of the grading ofall posts within the scope of the National Joint Council Conditions of Service (Green Book).The aim of the exercise is to provide a fair and equitable method of grading all these posts.
The exercise is now being carried out using the Greater London Provincial Council Scheme, which been designed to incorporate the principles of Equal Pay for work of Equal Value.
After the evaluation exercise has been completed, the results will be used to create a new Pay and Grading structure for the Authority.
