Funding for the 2007-2008 Financial Year

The Strategic Steering Group responsible for overseeing the development of the Carmarthenshire
Community Focused Schools initiative has taken the decision to distribute the Welsh Assembly Grant for the 2007 - 2008 financial year to families of schools. The funding will be distributed equally to the twelve families of schools within the authority, with Maes Yr Yrfa and Gwendraeth working as one family, and the Pantycelyn family continuing as a pilot project. As a consequence the level of funding available to each family of school will be £16,834.
